Charged $18 late charge on last payment while account waz on auto-debit..
This is a poor policy. I sst my account on auto-debit so as not to be late on any payment.
Didnt realjze last payment was not debited because of odd amount versus monthly payment. Regional director didnt care.
I owed the late charge. Called home office, left msg.Dont put account on auto-debit if you dont want your only payment(last) to charge you a lzte charge.

Laat patmenr late charge
I paidn 15-18.onths on a loan with no problwms. My oayment lan wa on aurodebit.
So, they spent no time zevicing my acct.The last payment was a diffweent amojnt than the monthly payment so it did not debit. I dodnt know this til i received notice in the mail.i called immediately to take care of this. I was charged an$1> late chzrge, whi h i disagfreed wirh az i didnt know my account didnt debit. I have no pribkwm with the bran h employees as they dont have suthority ovrr company policy.
However, the regional manager and up seem not to. Zre about your concerns. Its" thats the way it is, you owe the kate chsrge. So, i paid the bakance, relu tantly,and still think its unfzir to a customer who made payments on the due dste every month and was charged a lste chsrge on the final pYment.
They ssid they had tried to reach me by phone ad didnt have my updzted phone number. I didnt think about changing my number as i had had no reazon to call them. Nor they to call me. The accohnt was on auto debit.
Anyway, i jjst think it is bad policy to put a late. Harge on zomeone who paid as agreed all the way through theloan til the last payment, which did not automatically come out of my checking account.Dont

I paid my loan off three treats ago and I got a letter saying you are garnishing my wages after I paid my account in full I called and verified my payment and I was told its paid in full

Worrisome smart mouth and call me constantly told when I would be able to to come they still stalked me very rude and treat consumer like crap unprofessional

Rude and disrespectful manager
I had just gotten release from the hospital after having surgery and I got behind on payments. Manager was rude and stated she had sent paper work to court and that I couldn’t make a payment until paperwork was finalized.
When I tried to give her a $100 payment instead of the $200 payment we agreeed on she denied payment and said she will go forward with garnishing my check. I told her I just returned to work and I didn’t have that much and ask if she could accept what I bring and she was very rude and talk to me very disrespectful and said no she will not accept it and doesn’t have to.
