Poor service, No report to credit bureau
I took out a small loan to get my credit started with them after graduating high school. I took out $300 and I have paid back nearly $600 in the past eight months, thank god I only have on month left to pay.
1st Franklin has not reported my credit to the credit Bureau since July. JULY, when I called my local branch they were unfriendly and unhelpful, and sadly the corporate line was worse. They basically told me I am out of luck and that it is my own problem to deal with. I pay them every month on time to do a job.
I pay them for a service, and they don't do their job properly.
The employees are rude to me literally every month when I come pay. I am so done with this company.

1St Franklin Financial Loan Review
First Franklin Financial is the rudest, unprofessional company I've dealt with.
Preferred solution: I want an explanation of why my application was denied, but mostly I want an apology for their rudeness and I also want to alert other potential customers of the experience I've had with them.

NEVER EVER BORROW MONEY FROM THIS COMPANY
I will never deal with this company again. I've had several loans in the past with the company and paid them off with no problems.
A year ago we used a company(Aamco) that uses the Moody, Alabama Branch to finance its purchases. Well, I was approved. I've had the loan for over a year, but it became delinquent in September. Over the past couple of months I've made a few late payments because I paid my daughter's college tuition in full, for the semester.
Well I contacted the company and tried to make arrangements to prevent the account from becoming past due, but they claim they were unable to help me. Even though I knew the options that they make available to their customers. For the past 3 months on the last day of the month I receive phone calls all day long from one of their young, rude, loud representatives. She calls to demand payment, with threats of legal actions, for an account that's less than 30 days past due.
She tells me my business as if it is theirs. I become especially annoyed when they tell me you make good money YOU NEED TO HAVE OUR MONEY IN THE OFFICE TODAY, even though I've already contacted them and given them the exact date that I am capable of making the payment!! I've explained I'm unable to speak with her at work, but she continues to call, if I hang up she will call back to back multiple times.
I spoke to the manager, but he was just as rude.
He claims the company's policy is to come to their clients office and put them on a budget to make sure they get their monies first. I honestly thought the company was a reputable one, but it appears there must be money issues, for them to use such strong arm tactics. In addition, pay attention to the way they apply your payments each month the amounts missing from mv payments varies each month from $3-$9 dollars. According to the office manager this is a fee that the federal government requires 1st Franklin to take each month, but it wasn't included in the original contract.
I can't wait to pay off this debt next month. Take heed and stay away!!

I keep receiving harassing phone calls because they are looking for a person I don't know. "Robin" from the Lenoir City Tennessee office 865-986-**** said my name was listed as a realative on paperwork. I'm wondering if it is a phishing scheme?
i was told i could get five hundred dollars they were waiting on the manager to sign it and they would call me .well tey didnt call so i called and the lady said it still had not be signed its been two days when i called back days later they were rude idont want another
loan there.
Do you have a contact # for them. My customer had a short sale in 2009 that they never filed with the county and now she is trying to research for the trustee deed which was never filed.
